While we believe that ScaleUp Rocket (“us”, “we”, or “our”) programs and services are really awesome (we might be a little biased here) we do want to be clear that we are not guaranteeing that you and your company will make money by using our services or any other silly income guarantee. You know this, but our crack legal team wanted us to make sure this is stated upfront to help us avoid meetings with lawyers.

By using the ScaleUpRocket.com website (“Site”), you agree to follow and be bound by these terms of use and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use this Site. We may revise these terms of use at any time without notice to you. Minors. Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 17 and we ask that they do not submit any personal information to us. People under age 17 are not eligible to use the Site and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from people under age 17. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your children under age 17 have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, which shall not apply to any transaction conducted through or otherwise involving this Site.

Copyrights, Trademarks, Trade Secrets, and Intellectual Property. All Site design, text, custom graphics and images, on the Site are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress, and the selection and arrangement thereof is the property of ScaleUp Rocket, FastPath and its founder. All other trademarks, product names, and company names or logos cited herein are the property of their respective owners.

Service Refusal. ScaleUp Rocket reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to cancel an account at any time.

Disclosure Policy. The primary purpose of ScaleUp Rocket is to educate and provide you with useful information based on the many years of practical business experience that the founder and any associates have. However, it’s obviously impossible for us to write or develop everything that we would like – and our software skills really stink anyway. So, if we have used a product or service in the past or come across something that we would have created had we been inclined or capable to do so, ScaleUp Rocket has no problem recommending it to you, but of course cannot warrant other company’s products or services. In addition, ScaleUp Rocket may have an affiliate relationship with the people, companies, products, programs, or services mentioned, and in such cases will only affiliate with companies that I believe can be of great value to you. In any case, we recommend you perform due diligence and use your own judgment when making decisions and investments in your business. It is important for you to know that:

We will never mention or review anything without giving our honest opinion. More than likely if we do discuss a product or service it’s because we think it will be helpful for you and offer value, yet even then we’ll let you know if there are any warts you need to know about.
